Tracking

Duties and import charges
Mapleford Market is responsible for applicable duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges on Canadian orders. Customers will not be asked to pay additional import charges for their order.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins. If a package is delayed, damaged, returned or marked delivered but missing, email support@maplefordmarket.com with the order number. We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when loss or damage is confirmed.
